Peran Pemimpin Dalam Kerja Tim Untuk Mewujudkan Budaya Kerja Yang Sehat di Lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam
Abstract
Abstract: The role of leaders in fostering healthy work cultures within Islamic educational institutions is crucial, encompassing attitudes, values, and leadership qualities that influence teamwork dynamics. This study aims to analyze how leadership contributes to the creation of a healthy work culture through effective teamwork. Employing a library research methodology, the study synthesizes theories and prior research to assess the relationship between leadership and organizational culture critically. Findings reveal that strong leadership minimizes conflicts, fosters social harmony, motivates team members, and drives institutional productivity. Effective leaders adapt their style to the team’s maturity, ranging from directive approaches for new teams to participative or delegative strategies for experienced teams. By aligning leadership with team needs, leaders cultivate a collaborative and progressive environment conducive to achieving institutional goals. The study concludes that effective leadership is instrumental in building cohesive teamwork and healthy work cultures, particularly in Islamic educational settings.
